  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the chicken wings, in a small saucepan and bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and pour into a large bowl and allow to cool.
  3. Add wings to the bowl and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. Braai on a medium heat.
