Braai Sushi
Essentially this is a very simple (yet looks way cool) way to enjoy bacon and cheese on the braai.

  1. Make a Bacon Weave P.S. Unlike the Boerewors Sushi, the mince and melting cheese will stay inside, so instead of a bacon weave, you can just use 6 vertical strips of bacon.
  2. Cover 2/3 of the bacon weave with mince
  3. Place ‘tubes’ of cheese on top of mince
  4. Roll it up
  5. Braai on indirect heat for 20 min
  6. Baste with brafia sauce and braai for another 10 minutes
  7. Slice into “California Roll” portions and serve with Brafia Next Level dipping sauce!

Try adding a finely chopped peppadews, onions and/or peppers  in step 3 as well – experiment & have fun.
